PROPAL Accumulation Table
By using the PROPAL Accumulation Table product layers are provided and prepared for a takeover by a Palletiser, e.g.
PROPAL 3T-500.
Typical products are hollow glass containers and PET-bottles. They are pushed to the accumulation table, where the layers can be oriented both width and length ways.
The accumulation table is designed with a robust chain equipped with a sturdy plastic-matt chain
- min. product dimensions: Ø50 mm x 70 mm height
- max. product dimensions: Ø120 mm x 400 mm height
- max. layer dimensions: 1220 mm x 1020 mm (width or length ways)
- min. layer dimensions: 1200 mm x 780 mm (width or length ways)
- Numbers of layers on the accumulation table: 3
- Stopper: 2 pieces, pneumatically
- Conveyor height: 1000 mm
- Length: 6600 mm
- Drive: SEW three-phase motor, frequency controlled.
